A woman with long brown hair sits smiling on a white outdoor couch against a stone wall background. She is wearing a grey patterned crop top and white pants, accompanied by a fluffy white dog that is also looking at the camera. Her confidence radiates, reflecting her journey in personal development and coaching women. coaching

My journey started in TV and radio and eventually led me to run my modelling agency, L’Agency, in Frankfurt. During those years, I had the privilege of working with incredibly talented models. Beyond helping them succeed professionally, I focused on something deeper—empowering them to discover their inner strength and confidence. It was during this time that I truly saw the power of women uplifting one another and how transformative that support can be.

As fulfilling as this work was, I craved something more meaningful. I realised that while I was helping these women advance in their careers, I wanted to do more than that—I wanted to guide them on a deeper level.
This desire to see women fully embrace their power and joy led me to different ventures, from becoming a fitness trainer, yoga teacher, to building my own silk scarf company. I create designs that celebrate femininity and playfulness. Each scarf reminds me that women can embody strength and beauty equally. I believe in continued growth, which I reflect in my projects and in the enthusiasm I live by.

Watching other women embody this joy and personal expansion brings me immense fulfilment.

I moved a lot and I have learned to reinvent myself repeatedly, often beginning with a blank page.
These experiences have taught me that while starting fresh can be incredibly freeing, it can also be intimidating. This journey of constant self-reinvention drives my coaching practice today. I focus on the question, “Who do I want to be?” rather than “Who am I?” because I believe our potential is ever-evolving.

My coaching work empowers women navigating life transitions. Breakups, relocations, or personal transformations – I help them rediscover their desires and guide them toward the person they want to become. They already know how they want to be, and they are the expert in their life – I am just there to give the support, when support is needed.

Why a Coach? And Why Me?

There is a question I asked myself multiple times, especially since the rise of the (wildly unregulated) Coaching field:
Do People really need a Coach? And WHO needs a Coach?
My answers to these questions would be: No, people do not need a coach. And: Everybody needs a Coach. Sounds Contradictotry? Let me explain: I believe that we are always the experts in our lives, so no one “needs” a coach, in relation to “has to have one”. A coach is not a necessity. And yet, they are.
While we can figure our lives out, self-reflect plenty, and have enlightening conversations with friends who offer unconditional support, the fact that there is someone out there who will ask probing, supporting, guiding, leading questions you may never have considered about yourself will lead you towards your goals and desires so much quicker.
As humans, we inevitably have our blindspots, and areas we do not wish to go to. That’s human. And while our friends may be the most amazing, adorable and supportive of people who always want the best for you, there may be topics you want to talk to someone who has had the training to lead you. Who knows when to cheer you on, and when to be a bit probing.
That’s why everyone, at least in some point of their life, will value the tender love of a Coach.

And why me?
I have gone through – and still go through – extensive trainings in various disciplines.
Besides being a Certified Health Coach, I also specialise in Wellness and mental resilience. I am Trauma Informed and have tailored the Coaching programmes I have undergone specifically to women. Generalised Coaching training is great – yet I believe that Women do have some topics that are unique to them.

I bring my personal experience and my developing expertise in psychology into every coaching session, creating a nurturing and insightful environment for growth.
My studies in forensic psychology and psychotherapy further deepen my understanding of the unconscious, a concept rooted in Carl Jung’s teachings, which play a significant role in my approach to guiding others.

I’m not just passionate about personal growth—I live it. My journey of self-discovery continues, and I am honoured to help other women embrace theirs.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

– Carl Gustav Jung
