My Philosophy: Growth as a Lifelong Process
Life is an ever-evolving process, and whether we actively seek change or not, we are constantly transforming. Sometimes, we feel stuck, but this is simply a signal to turn inward and engage in deeper introspection. By taking the time to reflect on ourselves, we gain clarity and direction. Often, the key to unlocking our growth is found in the spaces we don’t see—our blind spots, our “shadow self.” This is why I’m such an advocate for coaching.
Coaching offers the opportunity to see yourself in new ways, to discover the facets of yourself that may feel lost or hidden. My work is grounded in the belief that no one is broken. We may get stuck, or lose connection with parts of ourselves, but we always have the power to retrieve those aspects and restore balance. My key values are unconditional positive regard, empathy, and the firm belief that everyone is whole and capable of transformation.
My Approach: Intuitive Guidance with a Psychological Foundation
I blend a structured approach with intuitive guidance, allowing sessions to flow naturally like life itself. While we may begin with a specific topic or goal in mind, the true heart of the session often reveals itself as we move forward. I draw on a range of psychological insights, including attachment theory and Jungian principles (e.g., the shadow, anima, animus), to guide the client toward deep personal awareness and healing.
My coaching focuses heavily on personal development and self-nourishment. I encourage clients to treat themselves with kindness and compassion throughout the process. We work together not just to set goals but to cultivate a mindset of self-love and growth. Each session provides an opportunity to explore, reflect, and take tangible steps toward living more authentically.

This stage is about putting what we’ve worked on into action. I’ll provide support and accountability, helping you adjust and reinforce your new habits and boundaries as you begin to see real changes in your life.
